The only thing you can do to reduce your risk is to have Security software to protect your computer:

- Anti-Virus Software for Virus, Worms and Trojans
- Antispyware software for Spyware and Malware
- Personal Firewall
- Keep them up to date

Do not open attachments from people you do not know, unfortunately, even then you still could be at risk - if you do get an attachment from someone you do know - do not open it first - download it, then scan it.

Beware of any company requesting that you update your account information. I think these are almost 99.99% phishing scams.

Be extremely careful with instant messaging. There have been many security issues over the years from this form of communication

Never, Never reply to spam e-mail to be removed. You only confirm your e-mail address for more spam.

Just be vigilant about your personal information while on line.

I did mention to keep all your security software up to data.

Good Luck

Key Thresholds from the article...

Worldwide, thresholds were outlined last year in "Avoiding Dangerous Climate Change," a summary of tipping points for which British Prime Minister Tony Blair wrote the foreword. They include:

•At a 3.6-degree rise, all Indian Ocean coral reefs go extinct, and 97% of the rest around the globe are "bleached" or severely damaged. All Arctic ice disappears.

•At a 5.4-degree increase, half of all nature reserves become unable to conserve native species. The Amazon rainforest disappears.

•At 7.2 degrees or higher, coastal flooding is seven times worse than in 1990. Malaria threatens 330 million more people a year, and hunger jeopardizes 600 million. Australia no longer can grow food.

All of this leaves aside the most extreme risks that Schneider calls the "dark edge of the bell curve": melting of the vast Antarctic ice sheets; shutdown of Atlantic Ocean circulation, which brings warm weather to the United Kingdom; and the release of more greenhouse gases frozen in the Arctic tundra.

I did purchase one of the chairs and I have to admit, I feel better now. I have been using the chair for several days and I think it's great. If you are someone that sits in front of a screen for long periods of time, I'd highly recommend one of these chairs. It does help the posture.

(I highly suggest buying a nice towel to cover it)
